Republic Day Celebration in Ulwe

Educating children about the importance of Republic Day and instilling a sense of nationalism at a young age is a vital responsibility of every school. Pre-Republic Day was celebrated on January 25th with lots of enthusiasm in Radcliffe School, Ulwe, by tiny Radcliffians. To instill in the children the spirit of patriotism, a special assembly was held. All the students came in tricolour clothes . The importance of this special day was explained by the teacher.

The Blossom class choir group presented a melodious patriotic song. A dance presentation by Seeds class also reinforced the values of patriotism. Buds class performed a small skit to highlight the term unity among people. Different activities were conducted in the classroom for all the sections. The children were thrilled to take home Tri Colour Takeaway.

The day was a wonderful blend of educational and entertaining activities, ensuring that each student could engage with the themes of patriotism and unity in a meaningful way. The assembly fostered a deeper understanding of Republic Day’s significance, and the participation of the students in various performances demonstrated their enthusiasm and creativity.
