Nadkarni has served as an Animal Welfare Officer and Human Education Officer with Bombay Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She has spearheaded initiatives like Tree Plantation and Hill Restoration Project in Kharghar. The lecture focused on the importance of saving water and the need for community collaboration.
